• Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service are eligible for a full refund or can be rescheduled without any penalty.
• Refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

2. Cancellations Made Less Than 48 Hours Before the Service

• For cancellations made less than 48 hours before the service, a 50% cancellation fee will apply to cover preparation costs.
• Alternatively, you may choose to reschedule your booking once without penalty.

3. Same-Day Cancellations and No-Shows

• No refunds will be provided for cancellations made on the day of the service or for no-shows. The full booking amount will be forfeited.
